Our Story

Miss Madison & Company LLC
At Miss Madison & Company LLC (MM&Co), we advance the practice of emotional intelligence from a supplementary soft skill into a transformative discipline. Our purpose is to provide the intellectual and behavioral infrastructure necessary for individuals and organizations to master the art of internal management.
Through the MM&Co framework, we guide our "scholars"—from elementary students to executive leadership—in decoupling wisdom from limiting traditions. We replace stagnant habits with a sophisticated, evidence-based curriculum designed for clarity, confidence, and high-level social capital.
The Vision | A New Standard of Social Literacy
We envision a world where emotional intelligence is the standard currency for growth in every classroom and boardroom. Our goal is to transform the culture of development so that:
-
Students graduate with the emotional literacy to thrive in global diverse spaces.
-
Educators & professionals utilize high emotional intelligence strategies to optimize connection, influence and collaborative building.
-
Communities adopt emotional intelligence as a shared value, ensuring that personal confidence and professional capital flourish in tandem.
At MM&Co, we are not just teaching a course; we are building an academy of human connection, where emotional intelligence is as essential—and as celebrated—as the highest academic honors.
