At the Charm & Career Academy, we provide immersive, engaging, and impactful youth programming. Moving beyond traditional etiquette to establish a sophisticated infrastructure of confidence, charm, and emotional intelligence.
Our mission is to build a connection between social-emotional learning and practical life skills. Through a specialized curriculum that prioritizes active participation and real-world application, we empower participants to cultivate the intrinsic motivation and strategic grace necessary to lead with distinction. Charm Curriculum
The Intentional Imaginarium | Grades: K-12
Where fine art meets internal discovery. Using art history and creative expression as a vehicle, scholars build the social-emotional awareness necessary to articulate their identity and refine their creative courage.
Bully Bootcamp | Grades: K-12
Dismantling power dynamics through strategic emotional intelligence. This program teaches students to recognize and neutralize aggression through EQ-based boundary setting, accountability modeling, and the mastery of social health.
Adulting by Design | Grades: 6-12
A technical blueprint for designing a purposeful future. Students treat the pillars of EQ as functional tools for resource management and goal-setting, transforming abstract aspirations into tangible life skills. Topics explored include independent living, finance literacy, professional development, social skill building and critical thinking development.
Sexual Health, Literacy & Discernment | Grades 6–12
This age-appropriate series equips students with the knowledge and discernment needed to navigate adolescence safely and confidently. Through science-based instruction, students build literacy in human development, consent, boundaries, healthy relationships, digital citizenship, and personal safety. Grounded in the principles of self-respect, responsibility, and personal sovereignty, the program empowers youth to make informed decisions both online and offline.

The executive syllabus for entrepreneurship and leadership. From curating a professional digital footprint to mastering high-stakes networking, this workshop equips students with the "soft" skills and technical portfolio required for upward mobility.
Adaptive Vocational Exploration (AVE) | Grades: 6-12
The future of trade literacy is neuro-inclusive. AVE is designed for District 75/IEP students to transform lived experience into specialized, high-demand career assets. Moving beyond standard trade exploration to equip students with the advanced behavioral, environmental, and sensory-adaptive competencies that are rapidly reshaping modern industries. By introducing sophisticated environmental scaffolding modified for age-appropriate, tactical execution, AVE ensures that students exit this program with a distinct competitive advantage—possessing the specialized, neuro-inclusive insight that makes them exceptionally employable, uniquely prepared, and undeniably poised for the future of work.

An exploration of advanced social dynamics for professional development . This summit provides the "social keys" to New York City’s prestige spaces, teaching students to adapt to unfamiliar environments and define "opulence" as a standard for their own trajectories.
Street Scholars | Grades: 6-12
An exploration-driven expedition across the five boroughs. Modeled after renown "Road Scholar" programs, this engaging camp builds cultural intelligence and observational skills as students navigate the city’s historical and culinary landmarks through an EQ lens.
